Who are we?
Our business started in 1999, with just 2 houses. It has steadily grown over the years and now we have seventeen houses available to let to students. All are close to local amenities and they are all within easy walking distance of both NEWI and the town centre.
The properties are managed by a small family run company, and you are looked after by family members. Jeff Holden is the owner of the company. However, Jeff’s sister, Mary J. Davies, is responsible for the day to day running of the business.
Since 1999 over 300 students have stayed at our houses, many of whom have stayed for 2 or 3 years, and in 2 cases for 5 years. Our experience means that we know what our tenants want, and that we know how to provide it. Our tenants know that they can trust us. If we make an appointment, we keep it. If we say that something will happen, it happens. We have built our reputation by doing what we say we will do; providing good quality, well- maintained, safe accommodation at a fair price.
