Who are we?

Our business started in 1999, with just 2 houses, and has steadily grown over the years. All our properties are close to local amenities and they are all within easy walking distance of both Glyndwr university and the town centre.

The properties are managed by a small family run company, and you are looked after by family members. Jeff Holden is the owner of the company. However, Jeff’s sister, Mary J. Davies, is responsible for the day to day running of the business.

Since 1999 over 1500 students have stayed at our houses, many of whom have stayed for 2 or 3 years,

 Our experience means that we know what our tenants want, and that we know how to provide it. Our tenants know that they can trust us. If we make an appointment, we keep it. If we say that something will happen, it happens. We have built our reputation by doing what we say we will do; providing good quality, well- maintained, safe accommodation at a fair price
